Registration Fee: Registration fees vary, depending upon time of registration.  MACDDS offers early, regular and pre-conference only registration fees (see registration form below).  The full registration fee includes all sessions, roundtables, and meetings plus:
  • Thursday - Lunch, Vendor Reception, Evening Celebration/Dance
  • Friday - Brunch
     

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the registration fees, minus a $10 processing fee will be made if written notice of cancellation of registration is received by September 18, 2009. One-half of the registration fee, minus the $10 processing fee will be refunded after this date.  No refunds will be made unless written notice of cancellation is received prior to the opening date of the conference.
