Corporate Office Space
Community Asset Builders, LLC will maintain a home office for
your organization. The benefits of a business/main office are numerous
– it provides stability for the organization and offers a central
location for the receipt of mail, phone calls, and faxes. Community Asset
Builders’ office will serve as your association’s office.
The most important benefit an organization can provide to its members
is stability. Many organizations transfer their headquarters as their
Directors rotate on and off the board - this results in loss of revenue,
low quality of customer service, confusion, etc. With Community Asset
Builders, LLC, your association can have a permanent address, a dedicated
phone number answered in the name of your organization, a dedicated fax
line, and dedicated email. If desired, the association may also have a
marquee. A permanent address can result in an improved perception of leadership,
increased revenue, and increased member participation. Community Asset
Builders, LLC offers limited onsite storage of important historical records
and documents and can arrange for offsite storage for all of you electronic

Corporate Sponsorship,
Vendors, and Advertising
Community Asset Builders, LLC will work with the organization to identify
revenue generating sources for events, conferences, newsletters, etc.,

Database and Membership
Management Services
Community Asset Builders, LLC will create and maintain your membership
database. We will manage and update member contact information, record
new and renewing member dues, conference registration, and exhibitor registrations.
We will also work with your organization to evaluate membership dues,
registration fees, etc., to ensure sustainability for the organization.
Community Asset Builders, LLC works with organizations to maintain proper
historical and current records of membership. We can create an online
database for your organization that allows members to logon to a secure/password
protected area to update their contact information, pay dues renewals,
order merchandise, or register for conferences and special events. Online
databases provide a cost savings for your organization through the elimination
of printed materials such as printed member directories, dues renewal
mailings, and newsletter mailings. Community Asset Builders, LLC will
also support PC based databases as well as other database management options.

Financial Management
Services
Community Asset Builders, LLC will maintain all of your organization’s
financial records (in accordance with GAAP/Non-profit guidelines), manage
accounts receivables and payables, and bank accounts. We will provide
monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on all financial activities and
will arrange for an annual audit or independent third party financial
review as needed. Community Asset Builders, LLC understands the importance
of financial records reporting and will provide your organization with
monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on the financial status of your
organization. Each month, Community Asset Builders, LLC will prepare reconciliation
reports for your bank, investment, and savings accounts. These reports
include detailed reports of all transactions, including payables, receivables
and deposits. Community Asset Builders, LLC also prepares quarterly financial
statements including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.
These reports may be compared to previous years to determine if new strategies
should be considered, they may also be compared to budget projections
to determine where future changes may be required. Community Asset Builders,
LLC will prepare all year end reports and ensure that your taxes are filed

Grant Writing
Community Asset Builders, LLC also has a successful track record in grant
writing and resource development for associations and non-profit organizations.
Our staff have experience in writing and managing state and federal grants
including grants such as the Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program
(NAP), Youth Opportunities Program (YOP), Tax Credit grant applications,
and local and state private foundation grants, including grants for funding

Graphic Design
Community Asset Builders, LLC will design your newsletters, programs,
flyers, brochures and more. We will work with the organization from concept
to finished product. Not only do we have a degreed graphics designer on
staff, we have access to additional subcontractors if time constraints
become an issue. Our graphic designer is skilled in the development of
logos, promotional materials, conference programs, newsletters, and more.
With our experience, we can provide concepts, themes and artwork to meet
the needs of the organizations. We also have a network of printers who
can offer quality printing services, as well as bulk mailing services.
Whether the printing job is large or small, we will work to get the best

Meeting and Conference
Management Services
Community Asset Builders, LLC will manage your meeting or conference from
start to finish. We will select and inspect the site, announce the meeting
to the membership, create the promotional materials, identify and contract
for speakers, collect registration fees, manage onsite registration, manage
travel and housing, and much more. Community Asset Builders, LLC can organize
small meetings to large conference both in and out-of-state. We also have
the capability for teleconferencing and can arrange for webcasting, if
necessary. Community Asset Builders, LLC will work with your organization
to meet member needs. This, of course, includes conference and convention
planning services. Community Asset Builders, LLC will organize your function
from start to finish. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Membership Promotion
and Retention
Community Asset Builders, LLC understands the need for growth and retention
in membership. We will work with your Board of Directors and committees
to create and implement a comprehensive promotion and retention plan.
Community Asset Builders, LLC recognizes that membership promotion and
retention are the foundation of any association, as is member satisfaction.
Therefore, we provide the following array of services

(i.e., accreditation, grant funds, etc). The logic model used for strategic
planning was designed by Community Asset Builders, LLC and has met with
great success by non-profit organizations. The model is outcomes based
and is designed to link goals, objectives, strategies, and activities

Site Maintenance
Whether you are looking for a simple text and graphic site, or a comprehensive
interactive site, Community Asset Builders, LLC can help design and maintain
your website. Not only do we have two trained staff, we have the ability
to subcontract with a web design firm for more in-depth services. Web
page design is a growing area for associations. Websites have become one
of the major sources of communication, so it is imperative that associations
